30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and freshness of our nutritional and personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from Herbalife or an Herbalife Independent Distributor, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange. To begin the return process, please contact us to request a Customer Refund Form and send the completed form along with the product to the address provided.

Exchange Policy
Should you wish to exchange a nutritional or personal care product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Simply get in touch with us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Reach out to us for the return address, and we will cover both the cost of returning the damaged item and shipping the replacement to you.

Lost or Stolen Returns
Herbalife cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Processing Times for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We aim to process returns and exchanges within two business days of the Herbalife warehouse receiving your returned items. However, please be aware that there may be a slight delay between the delivery of your return to the warehouse and our official acknowledgment of its receipt.
